Happy *4* Month....oh nevermind.

such a bad mommy blogger. :(  i never did get around to doing her 4-month update!  i've had some notes written down for over a month now - and now have to get this post in so i can do her 5-month update!  sheesh.

here are her official stats from her 4-month check-up (and shots - ick). 

16lbs 1.5oz. (92nd percentile)
26" long (95th percentile)

oh my gosh. i'm missing her head measurement. man i suck!  i'm totally slacking in the mommy official records department. now i'm going to have to annoy dr. kidd's office for the info next time i'm there!

couple notes i had written down...

...she's a huge thumb-sucker now!  especially when she's sleepy.

...i swear she's saying "mommom"...but it's more like "MAMAMAMAMAMA" and usually when she's really, really mad. :)

...she loves to squeal and growl now - the growling has stopped a bit...but i swear she did it for like 3 days in a row.  she'll almost tell you a 'story' with her growls and squeals! :)  she gets pretty animated!

...can grasp toys really well now!  loves her rattle!

...wearing mostly 6-9 months clothes

...loves to sit up - does *not* like to lay back anymore.  does a pretty good job with help!

...we've tried cereal and bananas - usually takes a 6-8oz. bottle.  getting into a pretty good routine!

...we still do spa night every night - but she's also started to have a real issue with dry skin. :(  i wonder if we are doing baths too often?  we've switched to a moisturing wash and deep moisturizer...but it doesn't seem to help. :(  dr. kidd said it's just dry skin!   she *loves* her softy plastic book in the tub though!  we try to read it every single night.

...usually will sleep from around 9pm-6am...although sometimes she'll wake up by 5:30am.

...eyes are getting darker and darker! :)  hair is becoming quite thick on top now.

let's just do the pics and move on to 5 months - shall we?
