Well Hello Dr. Kidd!

So this afternoon we met Maddie's new pediatrician - Dr. Baron Kidd. :)  I suppose you should interview a handful of doctors to make sure they are the right fit for your child etc...but we (well, I) really, really liked him. :)  He's not as 'old' as I thought he would be...for some reason I had pictured a Dr. Seuss kind of guy. He's pretty laid back, friendly, informative and seasoned I suppose you could say!  The reviews online for him said great things (except for the wait time sometimes - but I think that's pretty much a doctor thing, yes?!)...and some people even said he treated *them* when they were younger - and he's now treating their children!  I've included his photo I found online below (I know...I'm kicking myself I forgot my camera today so we could take one with him in person!)....but today he was very tan and had on a spiffy sweater vest. :)  I've heard that sometimes he even sports a nice Disney shirt or two!   We talked a little about my first couple days in the hospital after delivery...he (or his colleague - they switch weeks) will come thru the hospital at 7am each day to check in on the babies - then we will visit him again after 2 weeks (as long as she is feeding well).  He talked about the *3* shots she'll need before she leaves the hospital...which makes me cringe. :( We're even going to transfer the boys records over to him - so he'll be the official pediatrician of the Moore household! :)  He has no idea what he's in for, does he?! :)
