Just some stuff to share!

This is me tonight...we walked to Pizza King down the street.
I had Derrick take my profile picture...but I think I look more
like a fat woman pushing her stomach out rather than
someone who is 5 1/2 months pregnant. :)

Most of you south siders know this street sign well - Madison Avenue!
We were at lunch the other day when we saw it just south of downtown -
and had to take a picture.  They've already named a street after our
baby girl! :)  Or...we named her after a street?   Hmmm....
There's actually also a Madison, Indiana - and Derrick and I went
on a long weekend trip there several years ago.  It's a neat
little town - right on the Ohio River!  We bought a little quilted
pillow in one of the shops along the river - it says "Madison". :)

I've been following the website "mamabargains.com" each day.
(You mom's out there should check it out - it's really cool :))

They post a "special" each day (until it runs out)
- and sometimes it's really neat discounted stuff.
So I decided to do the "random" deal of the day - where you get a box
of random stuff they need to get rid of.  And here's what came:

Some pretty cute little knit pants (no idea what size),
a crayon holder purse thing (?),  a cute little bamboo hat
(that I already bought one of when they were on the site)
and...a pair of EcoBumz.  Those would be the
weird hot pink diaper-looking things in the picture.
They are eco-friendly cloth diapers.  Weird stuff.
I can't see any child walking in these - they look really awkward!

So.  I paid $22 for this box of 'randomness' -
and I think the pants are the only cool thing.

I won't be doing the 'random' thing again. :)

  1. You don't look fat, you look beautiful Becky! I'm so happy for you and I love reading you blog. I wish I could've been this creative but then, when I had my kids, computer stuff wasn't as advanced as it is now. We have a little Madison in our family too and we call her Maddie. I just love that with Johanna.
